- Customer’s Bank Routing # (9 digits)
- Customer’s Bank Account #

- Check Amount
- Invoice Numbers Being Paid

A signature will no longer be required at the time of delivery, however, Phillips drivers will be entering the first and last name of the store personnel who is receiving the delivery.
